The central hub for your event

The central Beursfoyer seamlessly connects the three grand halls on the ground floor, making it an ideal space for registration and welcoming guests. Its spacious layout allows for smooth visitor flow, enhancing the event experience. Adjacent to the Beursfoyer is the Executive Lounge, a versatile space that event organizers use as a production room due to its central location. Speakers can also prepare here in a quiet and professional environment before taking the stage.

A historic passage of trade and communication

Historically, the Beursfoyer served as a passageway linking the former Commodity, Grain, and Stock Exchanges, which were originally open to each other. This space also housed a telegraph and telephone office for city-wide communication, as well as a post and telephone office connecting Amsterdam to the rest of the country. Each office was given its own quatrain by the renowned poet Albert Verwey, adding a unique literary touch to its historical significance.
