We will keep a close eye on the developments surrounding Corona. When the need arises, we can take the necessary precautions. At the moment no extra precautions are needed in the Netherlands. (June 2022).
Would you like to speak to one of our professionals about the possibilities of safe meetings in the Beurs van Berlage, or would you like to have a virtual tour of our building?
Fill in the form and we will call (or e-mail) you back!
Are you curious if your event is suitable for the Beurs van Berlage? Let’s make one thing clear: we are a beautiful location in the centre of Amsterdam with very spacious rooms. Take a look at our room overview of the different rooms.
So are you looking for a location for organising a conference, a corporate event, a dinner or reception or a public fair? You have the idea, we have the space!
Would you like to extend your live event with a virtual experience? With the Beurs van Berlage Virtual Live Events this is possible! We can create a hybrid event that is more than expanding your physical conference with just a live stream. Your guests will virtually visit the Beurs, designed by master architect Berlage.
During his virtual visit, your guest will naturally receive the 5-star service that you have come to expect from us.
To ensure your guests have access to all the information they need, to safely and responsibly participate in your event, we have developed the Beurs van Berlage app. We have analysed your guest’s journey and used this information to build this app to provide your guest with the right information at the right time. From the best route to take to the Beurs, which entrance to take at what time, where to get his lunch, which places in the Beurs to avoid when it gets too crowded, how to safely get from one session to the next, and even to virtually participate in your event, when one of your sessions it too full.
The Beurs van Berlage has a high-quality and heavily equipped climate system. Considering the age of the building, there is an enormous capacity as standard to keep temperatures within the relatively poorly insulated building. This automatically means that the air volume that is available is more than sufficient when the building is used in full – in numbers of people.
Fresh air / ventilation is therefore amply available, especially now that we allow fewer people into the building due to the 1.5 meter regulations. Our installations normally use part of the air from a room several times before we blow this air out again, this is also referred to as recirculation. We do not do this during the Corona crisis, all the air that is blown into the building comes fresh from the outside
Are you wondering whether it’s still possible to dine together with associates, colleagues or clients? We put it to the test together with our partner Maison van den Boer in the Effectenbeurszaal and in the Grote Zaal of Amsterdam Conference Centre Beurs van Berlage.
Naturally, all safety regulations regarding space and hygiene were met. The ambiance was great, and the dishes were just as delicious as before in this exclusive setting! We are therefore looking forward to welcoming you again soon for a 5-star level dinner at the Beurs van Berlage.
