The Beurs van Berlage has limited storage space. Do you have packages and materials for your event? You can have these delivered to the Beurs van Berlage up to three working days prior to your event according to the specifications below.
Our forwarding department receives the packages and materials. In consultation, the packages will be placed on an agreed time and place on the first day of the event.
The Beurs van Berlage has no courier service and cannot create a return shipment. All returns must be prepared by the organization and / or exhibitor. It is important that the packages are properly packed and provided with the return labels so that they are ready for shipment.
If desired, a number of carts can be placed in the hall after the event. This is the collection point for all return packages. All packages collected here will be prepared at our forwarding department.
When a courier registers for return, our forwarding department will assist and hand over the correct package.
The Beurs van Berlage itself is not responsible for the shipment of the packages. We do not send packages, we only store them temporarily. Packages that have not been collected after 1 month after your event will be destroyed.
