The story of The Seafood Bar

The story of The Seafood Bar began with Fons de Visscher, a respected fishmonger from Helmond with 27 years of experience. In 2012, he decided to transform his passion for seafood into a restaurant and opened the first location of The Seafood Bar. His dedication to quality and love for seafood remain at the heart of the restaurant.

Wherever possible, The Seafood Bar uses sustainable, line-caught fish. All products are carefully selected and prepared with artisanal techniques to offer a top-tier culinary experience, including at its historic location in the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam
