A Culinary Spectacle at the Beurs van Berlage
On January 28, 2024, the world’s largest Chef’s Table took place at the Beurs van Berlage, for the second time. This extraordinary culinary event, organised by Les Patrons Cuisiniers, brought together 25 Michelin-starred chefs, representing an impressive 28 Michelin stars. The chefs prepared a unique six-course menu live for the guests, featuring signature dishes such as turbot, langoustine, and a spectacular unbaked apple pie dessert. With a carousel of chefs switching tables after each course, guests enjoyed an unparalleled culinary experience. The event showcased the pinnacle of Dutch gastronomy in a truly impressive manner.
