A memorable activation at the Beurs van Berlage

In August 2022, HBO Max premiered the highly anticipated Game of Thrones prequel, House of the Dragon, with a spectacular three-day activation at the Beurs van Berlage. Brand activation agency Kumpany designed an immersive experience where visitors explored three rooms, each inspired by the world of the Targaryens. With lifelike dragon eggs, a massive dragon skull, and a multi-sensory corridor that made visitors feel surrounded by dragons, the activation brought the world of Westeros to life. The highlight of the experience was an impressive rendition of the Iron Throne from the mighty Targaryen era. The premiere on 11 August, hosted by Nikkie de Jager, was followed by two days during which the public could freely explore the experience.
