Nook Event Pods are modular, sound-insulated units that offer privacy and some peace away from the hustle and bustle of the main event. They can be used as meeting spaces, podcast rooms or quiet areas for guests to unwind. Each pod is equipped with power connections, adjustable lighting and comfortable seating. Thanks to their modular design, the pods can be easily assembled and relocated. Making smart use underutilised areas of your event, such as corridors or corners, while remaining flexible to the needs of your programme and audience.

The pods enhance the attendee experience in multiple ways. They offer space for focused conversations after a session, a quiet setting for podcasting, or a moment of rest during a busy congress day.
