Returning to Beurs van Berlage
Amsterdam Conference Centre Beurs van Berlage is delighted to announce the return of Lydia Baloe as Operations Director. Lydia, a familiar face at Beurs van Berlage, previously held this role before exploring various opportunities outside the company from June 2018. She originally joined Beurs van Berlage in 2007, transitioning from the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra, and played a pivotal role in managing the Event Management department following the privatisation in 2008.
Lydia’s return, bringing with her extensive experience gained over the past five and a half years, marks a significant step toward sustainable growth and the further optimisation of Beurs van Berlage’s operations. Marc de Winter, the current Operations Director, will transition into a role more aligned with his passion for ensuring the success of every event through direct customer interaction. Marc’s expertise, developed over more than ten years at Beurs van Berlage, remains a critical part of our commitment to delivering exceptional and unforgettable event experiences. His transition to a new role reflects our dedication to employee satisfaction and organisational flexibility.
The collaboration between Lydia and Marc showcases their shared dedication and is an invaluable asset for Beurs van Berlage.
