Logistics department
Our logistics department receives and stores the packages and materials for your event. By arrangement, we place these items at an agreed time and location on the first day of the event.
PLEASE NOTE: Beurs van Berlage does not offer courier services or arrange return shipments. Return shipments must be managed by the organiser or exhibitor, properly packed and labelled with the necessary details. After the event, trolleys can be placed in the hall as a collection point for return shipments; our logistics department assists with handing them over to the courier.
Beurs van Berlage does not ship packages itself and is not responsible for shipments. Packages not collected within a month will be disposed of.
