An evening dedicated to inclusion and impact
On 6 November 2026, the Workplace Pride Impact Awards Gala will take place at the Beurs van Berlage. During this special evening, Workplace Pride will celebrate its 20th anniversary while recognising the people and organisations that have helped advance LGBTIQ+ inclusion in the workplace.
Under the theme ‘Icons of Inclusion – Celebrating the Past. Building the Future.’, Workplace Pride will reflect on two decades of progress while also looking ahead to the future of inclusive workplaces. A number of Impact Awards will be presented to role models, volunteers, allies and networks that have made a meaningful contribution.
The gala evening will feature a festive atmosphere inspired by 1920s Paris, with Art Deco touches, live entertainment and plenty of opportunities to connect. An evening centred around recognition, connection and inspiration.
