Grand Café Beurs van Berlage
The Beurs van Berlage Grand Café can be found in the former main entrance of the commodity exchange of the Beurs van Berlage. The bar was designed by Marc Ruigrok and forms a modern contrast with the monumental architecture and Jan Toorop’s tile pictures that adorn the walls. During the summer, the large terrace at Beursplein is a nice place to spend time.
The Beurs van Berlage Grand Café is opened from 10.00 - 18.00 hrs on Mondays to Saturdays and from 11.00 - 18.00 hrs on Sunday.

Terrace in Amsterdam city centre
The terrace of the Beurs van Berlage Grand Café (Beursplein 1-3) lies in the heart of Amsterdam city centre, between Central Station and Dam square. It is a very spacious terrace and there is always a free table, with or without parasol. On hot summer days you can enjoy a cool oasis of tranquillity. As such, the Beurs van Berlage Grand Café is the ideal location for a business meeting, a break during shopping or a well-earned lunch.
At Beursplein you will also find Euronext, the Dutch stock exchange and Bijenkorf department store. The square and terrace are tucked in-between the popular shopping area of Nieuwendijk - Kalverstraat on one side and Warmoesstraat, Zeedijk and Nieuwmarkt on the other. An ideal starting point for a day trip to Amsterdam or to take a break from everything there is to see.

Location of Grand Cafe
The Grand Cafe of the Beurs van Berlage can be found at Beursplein 1-3 in the heart of Amsterdam city centre.
If you use public transport, we recommend arriving at Amsterdam Central Station. The station offers excellent tram, bus, train and even ferry connections. If you come by car, you can park in various locations, although we recommend using Parking Oosterdok. This means you do not have to drive through the city centre and your car is in a safe and secure location, a 6 to 7-minute walk from the Beurs van Berlage.
