Your role
As a Sales Executive, you will work under the direction of the Sales Director and collaborate with your colleagues to further optimise the success of the Beurs van Berlage. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the department and oversee your own client portfolio as their primary contact.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the department (via email and telephone).
- Prepare and coordinate tours, sales blitzes, and client events.
- Plan and prepare sales trips for colleagues.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department.
- Co-responsible for the USA market segment and the association market.
- Co-develop the marketing and sales plan for the assigned market segment.
- Conduct commercial tours for potential clients.
- Close deals and secure signed contracts.
- Oversee the aftersales process and foster returning clients.
- Execute various sales activities.
What do you bring to the table?
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English (both spoken and written).
- You excel at service-oriented and customer-focused communication, both in conversation and in writing.
- You take initiative and are proactive in your work.
- You can keep track of multiple tasks at once.
- You remain positive, even when facing challenges.

- We offer a full-time employment contract (38 hours per week) for one year, with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Our terms of employment are market-based and aligned with the hospitality collective agreement (CAO), with attractive extras: classification in KHN scale 6, with the potential to grow into scale 7 (up to €3,465.95). Additional benefits include a company phone, travel expenses, a pension plan, 25 vacation days per year (based on 38 hours), three additional leave days, a vitality leave scheme, and staff discounts at Bistro Berlage. Every day, our kitchen team prepares a delicious lunch for you!
