Cat was responsible for executing the entire programme from start to finish. Together with her client she picked out the destinations for this event and made sure registration, hotels and key notes where available for the Make it Real event. She was the contact person for every involved party, where she made sure all processes where going according to plan.

Jeroen was responsible for booking and preparing al side events in Amsterdam. Ovation has a wide network of venues and attractions in the city which organisers can use to make the hole programme even more membrebel. In this case Jeroen took care of the hostesses, the Heineken experience, the taxi rides, the canal cruises and the entertainment during dinner. With the local knowledge, DMC’s can easily help an organiser with there preporations, without it taken a lot of time for the client.
During this event 800 guests flew in from all over the world. The organisation made sure that all parties where being welcomed and transferred from Schiphol airport to their hotel. The hotel that was booked was The NH Krasnapolsky hotel, that is situated at the Dam Square, which is on a five minute walking distance of the plenary event space our Beurs van Berlage. The side events took place in the Winter garden, The Heineken Experience, the canals of Amsterdam and at the Maritime Museum.
