This year’s Day of Psychotherapy is a bit different from what you are used to. The day consists of two parts. You are very welcome in the Beurs van Berlage all day long. But you can also choose to only participate in the morning (live in Amsterdam) or the afternoon (live in Amsterdam or online). The choice is yours!

Beyond the Limits of Psychotherapy

On this Day of Psychotherapy 2020, we explore and monitor our professional possibilities and limitations. And together we push boundaries where necessary for the future of our exciting profession.

  • In the morning you can join the exclusive masterclass from the Beurs van Berlage by the internationally renowned American psychiatrist Glen Gabbard. The masterclass is only available from the Beurs van Berlage via a live connection with the USA.
  • In the afternoon you can again listen to a lecture by Glen Gabbard via live stream. Subsequently, journalist Coen Verbraak will talk to Suzy Matthijssen, Greet Vanaerschot and Emke Plomp. We close the day with writer Bart Chabot. We offer the afternoon program in two ways: you can follow it live in the Beurs van Berlage or online from your workplace or your comfortable chair at home.
