Conference and hotel service
Our hotel service ensures that during your conference, sufficient hotel rooms are available for your guests, within walking distance of the Beurs van Berlage, or easy to reach by public transport.
We can even develop a website for you, where guests can book a room directly online from a selection of hotels. Contracts have been signed with reputable hotels from various categories, so that the best rates and conditions are guaranteed. What else can we help you with?

Our conference- and hotel services
Personalised booking website
To ensure that your guests can book a room themselves in a hotel of their choice, we will develop a personalised booking website for you. We will discuss your wishes with you and make a selection of hotels that meet your wishes. As soon as you agree and have signed the Conference Services contract, we will receive the application form back from you.
Two weeks after you have sent us the application form, we will share the booking link with you that you can share with your guests, for example on your own website or via a mailing.
One week before arrival, your guests will receive an email with the latest additional information. After the event, the booking link becomes inactive and the hotel page disappears.
