Anne Zoutendijk, our executive chef, is very much aware of her contribution to your event. In addition to years of experience as an executive chef, she has specialised in nutrition and dietetics and the impact that food has on human vitality. This means that she knows a great deal about how nutrition can be of benefit to you and your guests during your event.
The items she prepares are carefully selected so that you and your guests will be presented with the right kinds of nutrients at the right time of day. As you would expect, we would be pleased to consider the needs of vegetarian guests and, upon request, we can also take other special dietary preferences into consideration.
Our primary goal is not just to meet but to surpass all your expectations, regardless of the size of your event. We are committed to ensuring that your event will be an impressive and unforgettable occasion.

De Firma Taart
Everything De Firma Taart makes is made by hand: true craftsmanship in the purest sense of the word. They’ve made a sport of maximising the addition of ingredients that make a product delicious. In other words, a product’s flavour is always of utmost importance; no concessions are made when it comes to good pure ingredients.
Bonne Viande is committed to first-class quality in both products and service as well as having a strong customer focus. Their meats are produced with attention to animal welfare and the needs of the environment without making any concessions to quality and flavour. The team specialises in selecting which piece of meat should be sold to which customer so that each of them receives the product that reflects the particular customer’s menu and concept.
De Nootzaak Gotjé
De Nootzaak Gotjé is a family business that’s been selling nuts for more than 60 years. They import only the finest products from carefully elected countries. They also roast their nuts every day in their own roasting equipment to guarantee freshness! Quality and service have been top priorities, year in and year out.
The Holtkamp croquette and mini-croquette are renowned for their wafer-thin breadcrumb crust on the outside and a creamy salpicon bursting with tastyingredients on the inside. The traditional natural ingredients used to prepare these products exemplify the very best quality. No added preservatives, artificial ingredients, thickeners or stabilisers here.
Tony’s is committed to producing the most delicious chocolate made from the best fresh cacao, without a nasty aftertaste. That’s because they don’t see cacao as a commodity on the world stock market. This is why they purchase their cacao directly from farmer cooperatives in Ghana and the Ivory Coast where they have long-term business relationships. It’s an important step toward 100% slave-free chocolate. Where possible, they also purchase their ingredients as Fairtrade-certified products and do their best to be a step ahead in all facets of their sector.

For its dinners, the Beurs van Berlage has an exclusive contract with Maison van den Boer catering company. Maison van den Boer was selected on the basis of a shared high ambition in the fields of quality, hospitality and service.
It has composed three different three-course meals and two dinner buffets for the Beurs van Berlage, inspired by the story and history of the Beurs van Berlage. We can of course also arrange customised dinner packages that are in line with your objective or theme.
