Meet Berlage was developed in collaboration with seats2meet.com and was set up to allow people make new connections, share knowledge and work together. With a view to the new 3.0 society, Meet Berlage can help you with co-working, office space, desks, meeting and events on location.
Conferences, meetings and events

(Office) space for hire
In collaboration with the Beurs van Berlage, Seat2Meet hires out various rooms. They include work areas where you can catch up, work and meet new people. Here, you don’t pay with money, but with social capital. This venue has been exclusively equipped for meeting other people and sharing knowledge.
Meet Berlage also allows you to share desks or hire offices for a day, week, month or even longer. Various offices are available on the top floor of the Beurs van Berlage. The meeting rooms, with a capacity of 2 to 80, can be hired for a simple seat with coffee or for fully arranged luxurious events for several days.

For 99 years, the Raadzaal was the room where the Maritime Court of the Netherlands administered justice. This inspiring meeting room is now available for meetings of up to 60 persons in a theatre set-up, 30 in a school set-up or 20 in a hollow square set-up.
The Getuigenkamer adjoins the Raadzaal and served as a waiting room for witnesses during court sessions in the Raadzaal. This room can be hired individually or in combination with the Raadzaal. In a meeting set-up, this room has a capacity of 14, in a theatre set-up the capacity is 20 persons.
The Portiersloge was the room where the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra kept all its scores and documents. This meeting room on the ground floor, immediately next to the entrance, has a capacity of 12 persons.
The Leeskamer was the recreation room during the stock exchange days. Immediately adjoining the directors’ rooms of the stock exchange, this room is where the top brass played a game of pool or read a book or newspaper. This meeting room accommodates 80 persons in a theatre set-up, 45 in a school set-up or 30 in a hollow square set-up.
This room used to be the reception room for artists and musicians of the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra. The Artiestenfoyer is now used as a networking room by anyone who wants to work or network (free of charge). During the evenings or big events, this room can also be hired for gatherings or meetings. Ideal for up to 65 persons in a theatre set-up.
Meet Berlage is located in the Beurs van Berlage events venue and has its own entrance at Oudebrugsteeg 9. You can see it from Amsterdam Central Station and it is only a 2-minute walk. You can also arrive by car, in which case we recommend Parking Oosterdok. From the A10 ring road, take exit S114, after which it will only take about 10 minutes to get to Parking Oosterdok. From there, it is a 6-minute walk to Meet Berlage.
