Located right in the heart of the Beurs van Berlage, precisely between the large halls on the ground floor, a space has been created in the form of the Executive Lounge, where you as an organiser can work comfortably and still be involved in the event, due to the central location of the Lounge.

A crucial aspect of your conference is the impact of the presentations on your audience. To ensure that the presenter can deliver a great presentation, they must be fully prepared, composed, and confident.
Furthermore, all presentations should be aligned, presented in the same format, and, most importantly, all videos within the presentations should start correctly at the appropriate volume.
That’s why we have created a comfortable Executive Lounge in the Beurs van Berlage, complete with a Speaker Service Centre. It offers a pleasant atmosphere where you, as the organiser, as well as your speakers, can feel completely at ease.
