The Beurs van Berlage is a hotspot that cannot be missed during your visit to Amsterdam. It is the vibrant meeting point in the heart of the city. On Sunday, January 28, 2024, the friends club Les Patrons Cuisiniers will organize this unique culinary event for the second time. In the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam, the 25 Patrons, good for 28 Michelin stars, each serve a six-course menu with signature dishes. So 144 absolute top dishes, which they will prepare live and each time at a different table.

Jef Schuur on behalf of the Patrons: “To create something like this at an absolutely beautiful location in the Beurs van Berlage with all the friends of Les Patrons Cuisiniers is pure magic. Nowhere do so many top chefs cook at the same time in one evening as during this Chef’s Table. That is absolutely unique and you can feel it in everything… The guests are enchanted and all patrons are working with a smile on their faces. Actually, the plan was that we would do this Chef’s Table once last year, but it was so unforgettable that all Patrons decided on the spot that there should be a sequel."

Just like during the previous edition, the patrons’ top sommeliers provide matching wines. They select unique years in magnum especially for the occasion.
