Following the press conference of March 8th 2021, the Beurs van Berlage will remain closed for physical, live events. Both our Studio’s will remain open for your virtual events.
Following the press conference of March 8th 2021, the Beurs van Berlage unfortunately has to keep its doors closed for a longer period of time. All physical events in the Beurs have been canceled or postponed to hopefully better times, Bistro Berlage will be closed at least until March 30th, 2021. Tony’s Chocolonely Super Store and Chocolate Bar will remain closed and Sherlocked is no longer open. In the normally bustling Beurs, hotspot and meeting place in the heart of Amsterdam, it suddenly becomes quiet again from one day to the next. It is a situation that is in stark contrast to our hospitality blood.
The measures the government is taking to keep the consequences of the corona virus controllable are rigorous, but necessary. They give us the hope that as few people as possible will get sick until everyone can be vaccinated.
Due to current developments, you may also have had to cancel your visit to the Beurs. We hope that you are able to move your appointment, dinner or visit to the Beurs to a later date, so that we can still receive you after this new lock-down.
If you have any questions or need information, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can be reached on working days between 9am and 5pm on the telephone number: +31 (0)20 – 530 4141.
Finally, I wish you all much strength and, above all, good health, in the hope that we will meet again soon, after all, the Beurs will not be the Beurs if we cannot meet each other in person.
