The digital signage starts outside our beautiful monument with two LED screens, inside our reception area there are two TV screens and thoughout the building you can find fully integrated screens, which are located at every crossing in Berlage’s monument. Also, there are small screens outside each break-out room where the programme that takes place in that particular room, can be displayed. Furthermore, there are numerous options to fully brand the inside of the Beurs to your liking. The Beurs van Berlage has limited storage space. Do you have packages and materials for your event? You can have these delivered to the Beurs van Berlage up to three working days prior to your event according to the specifications below.
Forwarding department
Our forwarding department receives the packages and materials. In consultation, the packages will be placed on an agreed time and place on the first day of the event.
The Beurs van Berlage has no courier service and cannot create a return shipment. All returns must be prepared by the organization and / or exhibitor. It is important that the packages are properly packed and provided with the return labels so that they are ready for shipment.
If desired, a number of carts can be placed in the hall after the event. This is the collection point for all return packages. All packages collected here will be prepared at our forwarding department.
When a courier registers for return, our forwarding department will assist and hand over the correct package. The Beurs van Berlage is not responsible for the shipment of the packages.

The dishes in our food book are carefully selected so that you and your guests are presented with the right nutrients at the right time of the day.
Our foodbook is 50% vegan, taking into account a variety of dietary requirements, as well as our environment.

Sustainable and conscious
We make conscious choices to find an optimal balance between the interests of our guests and customers, employees, the environment and society.
That is why we mainly work with local, traditional suppliers. As a result, we achieve a sustainable balance in our arrangements and the CO2 footstep is as small as possible. In our purchasing policy we try to purchase sustainable products where possible.
Given that we often provide large numbers of guests with a meal within a short period of time, we are always looking for working methods or even formulas to create less food waste. In addition, we are always looking for options to process unused food in the best possible way or to give it an alternative destination, without it having to be disposed of as waste.
