In our central kitchen and on-site kitchens, our culinary product is prepared in a spotless environment and according to strict safety regulations. All chefs wear face masks and protective gloves.
We place elongated tables where guests can sit 1.5 meters apart or round tables of 1.8 meters with 3 guests per table. Seats are numbered and guests are assigned a seat number upon entry. This way, guests can be seated in the fastest and safest way.
The crew and the workspace must also be large enough so that our team, just like the guests, can handle the distance of 1.5 meters and a safe working environment is guaranteed.

The Summer Garden Dinner took place in the Beurs van Berlage on July 7th 2020. A special dinner for a total of 100 guests in the Grote Zaal of the Beurs van Berlage. Safe, at a distance, but above all fun, inspiring and delicious!
