Together with its partners Univate, Faber Audiovisuals and Online Seminar, the Beurs van Berlage is launching a new virtual event studio. Studio 1903 is located in the Administratiezaal of the Beurs van Berlage. The name of the studio refers to the year in which the Beurs van Berlage was opened. The new studio is smaller than the existing Studio Berlage, and is designed to completely support organizers of online webinars, seminars and other virtual events.

The Beurs van Berlage has been a leading event location for many years, known for its 5-star service and flexibility. At the beginning of this year, the Beurs van Berlage adapted to the new situation as quickly as possible. Together with its partners Faber Audiovisuals and Univate, investments were made in the possibilities of hybrid and virtual events. This has resulted in the unique Studio Berlage in the Effectenbeurszaal.
In recent months, the demand for hybrid and virtual events has only increased. That is why a second Virtual Event Studio, Studio 1903, is now being realized in the Administratiezaal of the Beurs van Berlage. The Administratiezaal of the Beurs van Berlage was taken into use in 1903 by the Vereeniging Voor den Effectenhandel. In 1912 the Effectenbeurs got its own building at Beursplein 5, next to the Beurs van Berlage. From that moment on, the Administration Room has been used for various fairs and meetings, and virtual events are now also being added!
The monumental space is currently being set up as a virtual event studio with authentic Berlage furniture and professional AV materials. For this new studio a collaboration was entered into with a new partner, namely: Online Seminar. The Online Seminar platform is divided into four components: video, slides, chapter layout / poll questions and live chat. In addition, it is possible to collect data, both at webinar and participant level. This data can then be automatically linked to your own CRM system.
The solution that Online Seminar offers also includes a personalized webinar environment, full support and unburdening by an Online Seminar project manager and an operational scenario discussion prior to the event. During the recordings there is of course continuous support available. After the webinar, it can be watched directly via the same link as the live webinar.
The Beurs van Berlage is looking forward to receive the first guests in Studio 1903 soon. Director of Sales of the Beurs van Berlage, Evelien van Kessel, is enthusiastic: “Studio 1903 offers many new possibilities for our guests. This studio is smaller and can also be rented for half a day. This ensures that Studio 1903 is relevant to an even wider audience. ” Studio 1903 will be taken into use in early 2021.
